Foot and Ankle Pain Specialists began in 2008 as a collaboration of two podiatry practices: In-Step (Dr. Spicer), Matteson, Illinois and Foot and Ankle Pain Center (Dr. Williams), Hazel Crest, Illinois. Both doctors have practiced in Chicago land for over 20 years.
